Dignity
Inspired by the Quranic verse: “And We have certainly honored (dignified) the children of
Adam and carraied them on the land and sea and provided for them of the good things
and preferred them over much of what We have created, with [definite] preference.”
(17:70), Rihla Center embodies the value of human dignity.
We are committed to respecting the inherent value and worth of individuals transcending all our differences as we share a common human identity.
Equity
All humans are born equal and created from one soul. “O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women.” (4:1).
Applying this value helps eliminate prejudice, discrinination, and negative stereotyping.
